Privacy Policy
What this page covers
This policy explains what Oten Middle East collects when you visit oten.me or contact us through this website, and what we do with it. It covers this website only — software we build for clients is governed by each client's own policy.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message you type into it. We do not ask for anything else, and we do not require an account to browse the site.
Our server keeps standard web logs (IP address, browser, requested page, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. The site stores a session cookie to remember your language choice; it carries no personal data, and no advertising or cross-site tracking is used.
Why we hold it
We use what you send us for one purpose: replying to your enquiry and, if it turns into a project, corresponding with you about it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Server logs are rotated regularly. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Where it is processed
Data is stored on servers we operate, and on infrastructure providers acting on our behalf for hosting and email delivery. Nothing is passed to anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@oten.me and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
